Ensure your item is in new, unused condition with all original manuals and packaging, and confirm it is within 30 days of the purchase date.
Obtain Authorization
Contact our customer service team or visit a local retail branch to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for all shipments.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the equipment to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our main distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned unit for signs of use or damage; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
